A Xiaomi device believed to belong to the upcoming 18 Pro series has appeared in the Geekbench database, listing a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro system on chip, according to a report by Vlad on 16 September 2026. Xiaomi previously began teasing the Xiaomi 18 Pro and Xiaomi 18 Pro Max and says both will be unveiled later this month; an exact date has not been announced.

The Geekbench 7 entry uses model number M154FF and records a single-core score of 2,871 and a multi-core score of 8,836. The listing identifies the chipset as the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro and shows the CPU reaching up to 5.01 GHz. As the report notes, prototypes can run unfinished software or hardware, so these benchmark figures should be treated with caution.
- Model number: M154FF
- Geekbench 7 scores: single-core 2,871; multi-core 8,836
- CPU peak clock: 5.01 GHz
- Prototype RAM: 16 GB

Model numbering, software and charging support
The report highlights the model number as unexpected for Xiaomi, which until now has used numbering that begins with the year and month. "We are not saying the listing is fake, just that it has a surprising model number," the report quotes.
The specific prototype in Geekbench is listed with 16 GB of RAM; Xiaomi could offer additional memory configurations at launch. The Xiaomi 18 Pro series is expected to ship with HyperOS 4 based on Android 17. Previous certification documents indicate that both the Xiaomi 18 Pro and the Xiaomi 18 Pro Max will support 100 W wired charging.
