Both the V3 Classic and V3 Pro are equipped with 6.67-inch HD+ displays featuring a 120Hz refresh rate. Notably, only the Pro model incorporates the NXTPAPER technology. The V3 Classic is available in configurations with 4GB or 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM and houses a 5,200mAh battery supporting 10W charging. In contrast, the V3 Pro boasts 8GB of RAM and a 5,010mAh battery with 18W fast charging. Both models support an additional 10GB of virtual RAM, enhancing multitasking capabilities.

The devices run on Android 15 with Alcatel's custom user interface, except for the Ultra model, which operates on Android 14.
