Xiaomi published official spare-part prices for the Xiaomi 18 Fold, listing the motherboard at up to 5,930 yuan (~$885).
The 18 Fold launched in China earlier this month and retails at 10,999 yuan (~$1,639).
Xiaomi prices the foldable's inner display at 3,600 yuan (~$536) and the outer screen at 750 yuan (~$112).
Motherboard prices vary by RAM and storage configuration: 12GB+256GB costs 3,900 yuan (~$581), 12GB+512GB costs 4,300 yuan (~$641), 16GB+512GB costs 4,600 yuan (~$685), and 16GB+1TB with LPDDR6 costs 5,930 yuan (~$885).

Xiaomi notes the 16GB+1TB motherboard costs more than some nonfolding flagship phones. The 18 Fold in that configuration retails for 14,999 yuan, making the motherboard almost 40% of the phone's price.
The Ceramic Special Edition uses a silicon nitride ceramic battery cover; replacing that back panel costs 1,045 yuan (~$156), versus 250 yuan (~$37) for the regular model's back cover.
Other replacement parts are cheaper: the 6,000mAh battery is 259 yuan (~$39), the front camera is 40 yuan (~$6), the rear wide-angle camera is 200 yuan (~$30), the telephoto camera is 190 yuan (~$28), and the ultra-wide camera is 55 yuan (~$8).
Xiaomi lists the charger at 100 yuan (~$15) and the data cable at 19 yuan (~$3). These prices are Xiaomi's official spare-part listings.
