2027 Cadillac Escalade IQ Gains Signature Sport Top Trim

Cadillac will add a new, top-of-the-line trim to the 2027 Escalade IQ, GM Authority reports. The hyper-exclusive Signature Sport will sit above the current Premium Sport and bring a series of blacked-out exterior details, exclusive wheels and a bespoke interior treatment.

The Signature Sport is described as a visually distinct, zero-tailpipe-emission variant with a black-painted roof and grille, unique 24-inch eight-spoke Dark Android wheels with High Gloss Black inserts, and standard custom puddle lamps that remain optional on lower trims.

Cadillac currently lists four Escalade IQ trims: Luxury at $130,300, Sport at $130,800, Premium Luxury at $150,600, and Premium Sport at $151,100. Official pricing for the Signature Sport has not been announced; industry estimates place the standard-wheelbase variant near $155,000 and the long-wheelbase version closer to $160,000.

Inside, GM Authority says Cadillac will give the Signature Sport a blacked-out ambience with Haumea Carbon Fiber and Santorini accents, plus Nouveauluxe upholstery with Sky Cool Gray contrast stitching and faceted perforated inserts. The model retains the pillar-to-pillar 55-inch curved LED Horizon Display that spans the dash.

The top Escalade IQ trim is expected to use the dual-motor setup that Cadillac rates at 750 horsepower (760 metric horsepower) and 785 pound-feet (1,064 Newton meters) of torque. With the Velocity Max function engaged, that arrangement is said to accelerate the SUV from 0 to 60 mph (0 to 97 kph) in 4.7 seconds and reach a top speed of 112 mph (180 kph).

The Signature Sport will keep the Escalade IQ's 205-kWh Ultium battery pack, which Cadillac specifies provides up to 465 miles (748 kilometers) of driving range. It should also retain the faster 19.2 kW Level 2 AC charging capability standard on higher trims, along with 350 kW DC fast-charging capacity.

The all-new Escalade IQ Signature Sport is expected to enter production in December 2026 at General Motors' Factory Zero at the Detroit-Hamtramck Assembly Center, with deliveries slated to begin in the first quarter of 2027.
