Speaking after San Diego Comic-Con in an interview with The Movie Report, Feige was careful with details but blunt about one thing: the new Avengers entry borrows a key story beat from Avengers: Infinity War and steers the narrative toward a finale that will both satisfy and genuinely surprise audiences. He didn’t drop spoilers. He didn’t need to.

This isn’t small-scale stakes. Marvel Studios is assembling what promises to be its biggest crossover yet, with Avengers teaming up with the Fantastic Four and the X-Men against Doctor Doom. Think alliances, twisted loyalties, and a scope that aims to reset expectations rather than tick boxes.
