Lenovo is about to hand gamers a serious piece of hardware. The Legion Y700 Infinite lands in China on August 25, and a full spec sheet leaked on Weibo courtesy of prolific tipster Digital Chat Station—enough details to sketch a clear picture of what Lenovo is aiming for.
At the center: an 8.4-inch OLED panel running 2560 x 1600 pixels and a 165Hz refresh rate. Crisp. Smooth. Built for fast visuals. Lenovo’s previous Legion Y700 used an LCD; this move to OLED is a meaningful upgrade for color, contrast, and true blacks.
Power comes from the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Leading Edition, an overclocked take on Qualcomm’s top silicon that already pushed early prototypes to eye-catching AnTuTu scores. Memory and storage are equally serious: LPDDR5T RAM clocked at 10667MT/s and UFS 4.1 Pro storage. In short, this is a tablet designed to shrug off heavy workloads and prolonged gaming sessions.
Battery life is handled by a 7470mAh cell with 68W fast charging. Fast enough to top up between matches without losing momentum. Camera hardware is modest—an 8MP front camera for calls and a 50MP rear for quick snaps—because this remains a performance-first device, not a photography powerhouse.

This is the first Legion Y700 to ship with native cellular support: every configuration accepts a SIM and the tablet lists N79 5G band compatibility.
Lenovo has also focused on the tactile side of gaming. Dual X-axis motors, dual speakers, and dual USB-C ports aim to improve immersion and convenience. You’ll find fingerprint unlocking in the frame, a thin 6.5mm body, and a light 298g weight. Symmetry matters here too—bezels are roughly 2.89mm on all sides for a balanced look.
