A well-known leaker on Weibo says Honor will launch its wide foldable in January, rather than by the end of this year as previously reported.
The leak adds the device will arrive with a "very rich" accessory ecosystem, suggesting Honor plans significant support rather than treating the model as an experiment.
Earlier rumors, first reported in July, claimed the device would use the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 chipset and feature a 7.6-inch main folding screen, a 5.5-inch cover display, a 200MP main camera, a periscope telephoto camera, and a battery exceeding 7,000 mAh.

Previous reports had indicated a year-end launch; the Weibo leak places the release in January.
Honor has not confirmed the launch date or the specifications reported in these leaks.
