A refreshed HMD Pulse Pro has surfaced at a retailer in Thailand, according to a tipster on X. The listing, which appears on the Nokia Official Shop, prices the device at THB 4,990 (about $148) and identifies it as the HMD Pulse Pro 2nd Edition.
The product page lists a 120Hz screen, the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset — described in the listing as 45% more powerful than before — 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, a 50MP main camera and a 50MP selfie camera, plus "AI Camera" branding. Photographs show a black model with a design that looks identical to the original Pulse Pro.
How this model compares
HMD launched the original Pulse Pro in April 2024. That phone shipped with a 6.65-inch 720p display at 90Hz, a Unisoc T606 chipset, and up to 8GB of RAM with 128GB of storage. The new listing suggests a clear specification bump on key components while retaining the established exterior.

Last week the same tipster leaked an upgraded European variant described as a 6.56-inch HD+ 120Hz screen — though the size may be a typo — a 50MP main camera with OIS alongside a 2MP secondary sensor, and a 5,000 mAh battery with 20W charging. Those details align broadly with the Thailand listing but show some regional variation in configuration.
A wider second-edition push
The tipster also says HMD plans similar "2nd Edition" updates for the Fusion and the Crest Max, listing the Fusion with a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset and the Crest Max with a Dimensity 7025. HMD has used the "2nd Edition" label before, most recently with the Nokia C2 2nd Edition in 2022.
There is precedent for tentative listings from HMD that never reached market: the Pulse 2 Pro was listed by a Swiss retailer ahead of IFA 2025 and ultimately did not appear. Separately, earlier this month the same leaker surfaced details for a Pulse 2T Pro with a 6.78-inch OLED 120Hz screen, the Helio G100 chipset, 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, a 50MP selfie camera, a 6,000 mAh battery with 33W charging, IP64 certification and a dot matrix display on the back.
That Pulse 2T Pro specification looks to be a step above this refreshed Pulse Pro 2nd Edition.
