Binance has progressively reopened withdrawals for dozens of tokens on the Ethereum and Solana networks as it continues recovery operations following the October 29, 2026 exploit that resulted in a reported $6.3 billion loss. The exchange says it is restoring access in phases, prioritizing assets by user demand and completing thorough security checks before enabling each token and network combination.
Phased recovery: how Binance is resuming withdrawals
Binance restarted withdrawals for a range of cryptocurrencies after first bringing back Bitcoin and other major assets across multiple chains on November 1. In its November 3 recovery update, Binance said the latest phase began at 04:00 UTC and that withdrawals would become available progressively as each asset passed operational and security validation.
The exchange is prioritizing which tokens to reactivate based on withdrawal volume over the previous week, along with network-specific safety checks. Deposits remain operational and were not affected by the withdrawal suspension. Binance has warned customers that heavy traffic could delay some transactions and advised users to retry failed withdrawals after a short wait.
Tokens restored on Ethereum and Solana
In the most recent update, Binance confirmed it reactivated withdrawals for 51 additional tokens across Ethereum and Solana. On Ethereum, the newly supported assets include Ethena (ENA), Ethena USDe (USDE), Pendle (PENDLE), Worldcoin (WLD), Chainlink (LINK), Shiba Inu (SHIB), Ondo (ONDO) and Quant (QNT), among others. The list also features ZRO, FET, ETHFI, REZ, JASMY, STRK, POL, BLUR, WBETH and a number of smaller ERC‑20 tokens.
On Solana, withdrawals resumed for tokens such as PUMP, RENDER, RAY, TRUMP, PENGU, JUP, PYTH, BONK, WIF and JTO, along with USDT, FDUSD and other Solana-native assets. Earlier on November 3, Binance had already enabled withdrawals for five Ethereum stablecoins — RLUSD, USD1, TUSD, FDUSD and XUSD — bringing the tally of assets restored on Ethereum that day to 36.
These restorations follow the first wave of withdrawals Binance permitted across 15 blockchains, as the exchange moves methodically to bring customer funds back to accessible wallets while minimizing operational risk.
Networks planned for upcoming phases
Binance’s recovery timetable covers additional blockchains beyond Ethereum and Solana. Planned rollouts include assets on BNB Smart Chain, XRP Ledger, Sui, Arbitrum, Optimism, Tron and Base. Examples listed by the exchange include RLUSD on XRP Ledger; USDC and HAEDAL on Sui; and ZEN, MIRA, HOME and AWE on Base.
The BNB Smart Chain restoration list is expected to encompass mainstream coins like BTC, ETH, XRP, ADA, LTC, DOGE and LINK, various stablecoins and all bSTOCKS products. However, the firm declined to provide a fixed completion date, reiterating that each token/network pair must pass security and operational checks before withdrawals can resume.
Funding the recovery: reserves and user protection
Binance reports it has replenished roughly 95% of the assets compromised in the October 29 breach. The company’s recovery effort grew from replacing 80% of the stolen holdings on October 30 to 90% on October 31, and then to approximately 95% by November 1. According to Binance, the remaining 5% consists mainly of less liquid tokens that require more time to procure in sufficient quantities.
To cover replacement purchases, Binance said it drew on multiple sources, including its Secure Asset Fund for Users (SAFU), the Futures Insurance Fund and corporate treasury resources. The exchange emphasized that it will absorb the loss itself and will not pass the cost onto customers.
Proof of Reserves and transparency steps
As part of its transparency push, Binance completed a reserve verification snapshot for ten major cryptocurrencies on November 2, enabling customers to independently confirm that those assets are sufficiently backed. The initial Proof of Reserves snapshot covered BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, SOL, USDC, XRP, USD1, RLUSD and ZEC.
Binance plans to take a further Proof of Reserves snapshot on November 4 that will include an expanded set of tokens. The exchange noted the cryptographic proof generation could take roughly 40 to 50 hours to complete for the larger snapshot.
What users should know and next steps
Customers should regularly check Binance’s withdrawal page and the network status dashboard to confirm whether their specific cryptocurrency and network have been re-enabled. Because Binance is reopening in stages, not all wallets and chains will be available at once.
Binance’s co‑founder and co‑CEO Yi He has said restoring a secure operating environment is the top priority before returning full withdrawal access. The exchange also reminded users that if a withdrawal attempt fails due to congestion or timing during the phased reopening, they should wait briefly and try again.
As the platform continues the recovery, the industry will watch closely for the completion of the remaining asset replacements, the outcome of additional Proof of Reserves snapshots and the restoration of Binance’s SAFU emergency reserve, which the company has pledged to replenish to about $1 billion after using funds to cover the hack-related purchases.
For the latest status on specific tokens, supported networks and expected timelines, consult Binance’s official recovery announcements and the live status pages. The exchange’s stepwise approach aims to balance fast access to funds with stringent security checks that protect users, network integrity and the broader crypto ecosystem.

95% recovered already? hmm, sounds rushed. Who audited the replenishments and what about the illiquid 5%? SAFU and treasury tapped, if that's real then ppl should get access soon, but... proof snapshots taking 40 to 50 hrs? kinda vague, wait and see
