Meta announced on 12 October 2026 that it is releasing Muse Wonder and Muse Wonder Full, which the company calls its most capable AI models to date. The launch follows a ground-up overhaul of Meta's AI efforts that began 14 months earlier and produced Muse Spark, which Meta used to describe its approach to "predictable, rigorous scaling." Meta says the Muse Wonder series delivers "state-of-the-art performance on personal and professional agentic tasks."
Meta reports the models were trained at its gigawatt-scale Prometheus data center. The models accept text, image, video, and audio as input while producing text only as output, and they support a context length of 1 million tokens.

Features, capabilities, and limits
Meta highlights two headline features called "Active Memory" and "Active Focus." According to the company, Active Memory carries important context about you across conversations and retrieves the details relevant to the task at hand, which is intended to maintain continuity between interactions. Active Focus describes how the model proceeds with difficult goals by trying alternative approaches, working through blockers, and checking in with you before taking important actions.
Meta also emphasises domain expertise in law, finance, and health and points to what it calls "frontier coding" performance for projects ranging from small apps to complex software. The company presents these capabilities as strengths while not expanding on operational limits beyond the stated input and output modalities and the 1 million-token context window.

Muse Wonder is available starting today through the Meta Model API and Muse Code. Muse Wonder Full is limited to Muse Code subscribers. Meta says Muse Wonder will soon power the Muse agent, which will roll out to subscribers first, and the company plans to use Muse Wonder to develop specialised models that it can bring to all Muse users.
Meta frames the release as "a major leap toward personal superintelligence" and calls Muse Wonder its "most aligned model to date." The company adds that a full report with additional safety evaluations will be available soon.
