Ai+, the startup led by former Realme India chief Madhav Sheth, has started counting down to its first foldable. The company confirmed the NovaFlip will debut in Q1 2026, and teasers hint at companion audio gear arriving alongside it.
When and where to expect the NovaFlip
Ai+ says the NovaFlip will launch in the first quarter of 2026, which puts an official unveiling sometime between January and March. While an exact date hasn’t been set, the confirmation narrows the wait and suggests the brand is moving quickly from teaser to product launch.
Design cues and what sets the NovaFlip apart
Early images show a clamshell foldable with visual echoes of the nubia Flip2, but Ai+ adds its own accents. A red-trimmed power button gives the device a distinctive flash of color, and the rear panel houses two camera sensors next to a rectangular secondary cover screen. It’s a familiar layout executed with a few stylistic twists.

More than just a phone — earbuds are coming too
Ai+ has also listed NovaPods Pro wireless earbuds as “coming soon.” That listing raises the real possibility the earbuds will launch alongside the NovaFlip, positioning Ai+ to enter both the foldable phone and audio markets at once.
Why the launch matters
Madhav Sheth’s leadership and experience at Realme give Ai+ instant credibility in India’s fast-moving smartphone space. A Q1 launch places the NovaFlip among early 2026 foldable contenders, and the bundled ecosystem approach — phone plus earbuds — could help Ai+ make a splash.
Stay tuned: as Ai+ moves from teasers to official announcements, we should see more concrete specs, pricing, and a firm launch date in the coming weeks.
