The rear is where Samsung seems to be making a clearer statement. Instead of the S25 Ultra’s individual camera rings, the S26 Ultra adopts a consolidated camera island more akin to the one on the Galaxy Z Fold7. The island gives the back a cleaner, more unified look, visually tying the camera array together rather than letting each lens compete for attention.
There’s also a slimming down. Leaked dimensions peg the S26 Ultra at roughly 7.9mm thick, trimming about 0.3mm from the previous model’s 8.2mm. It’s not a dramatic slimming. But in a handset category where feel matters as much as specs, that fraction can change how the phone balances and carries.
