Leaks rarely arrive dressed as quietly as this one. A fresh Geekbench entry for the Vivo X300 FE (model V2537) points to a major hardware upgrade — one that swaps MediaTek mid-range silicon for Qualcomm’s top-tier muscle.
The benchmark listing names a Qualcomm configuration with an Adreno 829 GPU, two high-performance cores clocked at 3.80GHz and six additional cores at 3.32GHz. Those numbers line up with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, which explains why enthusiasts are already calling the X300 FE a true flagship in disguise.
Performance figures follow suit. On Geekbench 6.5 the phone posted a single-core score of 2701 and a multi-core result of 8180. Not Earth-shattering by the chipset’s standards, but solid — and more than enough to put the X300 FE in the conversation with other 2026 flagships.
Memory and software are straightforward: the listing shows 12GB of RAM running Android 16, which should ship under Vivo’s OriginOS 6 skin. Small details matter here. Android 16 offers newer low-level optimizations, and OriginOS 6 tends to tune those for smoother everyday use.

Camera ambitions match the silicon upgrade. Rumored optics include a 50MP front sensor and a triple rear setup: a 50MP main with OIS, an 8MP secondary, and a 50MP periscope offering roughly 3x optical reach. If accurate, that combination would deliver both headline numbers and practical zoom performance.
Battery and storage also look competitive. The S50 Pro Mini’s spec sheet cited a 6,500mAh cell with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging, coupled with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. Add an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint reader, and you have a phone built to run hard and charge fast.
