Tecno’s 0mm Bezelless Phone and 360° Megabook Reveal

You could mistake Tecno’s new concept phone for a piece of glass—because there’s almost nothing else to look at. At IFA’s ShowStoppers stage the company pulled back the curtain on a prototype that claims a literal 0mm bezel, achieved through what the team calls advanced internal stacking, structural re-engineering and novel screen packaging. It’s a dramatic engineering pivot: not just shaving edges, but rethinking how the display and chassis live together.

The same appetite for reimagining form shows up in the laptop lineup. The Megabook T15 360 Pro is the headline act: Tecno’s first 360° hinge, paired with a 10-point touchscreen and support for MPP 2.0 active pens, so tablet mode is actually useful rather than gimmicky. The panel is a 15.6-inch 2.5K screen running at 120Hz, driven by Intel Core Ultra silicon and backed by a 70Wh battery. Short battery life? Not here.

The Megabook K15S WCL targets value buyers with Intel Wildcat Lake processors while the Megabook T17 Ultra pushes scale with Tecno’s first 17-inch model, powered by a Meteor Lake Ultra chip and a near-100Wh battery (99.99Wh) that supports 100W GaN fast charging. It’s the sort of specification sheet that reads like someone decided the workspace should be as serious as the cinema room.

Hardware theatrics extend beyond laptops. Tecno confirmed a Tonino Lamborghini partnership that’s more than a logo plastered on a box. A special Tecno Pova 8 Pro 5G Tonino Lamborghini Limited Edition will arrive on September 4, and a striking Megapad 2 Tonino Lamborghini Limited Edition—an 11-inch 2.5K tablet with a bespoke design language—is expected in Q4. Oddball highlight: the companies are co-developing what they describe as the world’s smallest water-cooled gaming PC, the Tecno Taurus (Mega Mini G1 Pro), with an all-metal shell and RGB lighting. Small, loud, proud.

There are also products that aim for everyday practicality. The Camon Slim 5G measures just 6.39mm thick and promises a tough build, practical AI features, and imaging tuned toward “professional-level” results. A 4G sibling, the Camon Slim, shares the 6.39mm unibody and packs a 50MP Sony Lytia 600 sensor plus a so-called AI mood lighting system for portrait tweaks and creative portraits.

For learners and mainstream users, Tecno showed a Megapad SE 2 designed to pair with AI-driven educational tools, a Watch 4 built around fitness and outdoor use, and Buds 5 true wireless earbuds that claim up to 50 hours of total play time thanks to a charging case that doubles as a phone stand—small conveniences that add up.

Tecno is betting big on bold hardware experiments—from a literal 0mm bezel to a 360° convertible—to stand out at IFA 2026.
