Small Vans Big World converted a 2023 Toyota Sienna into a micro camper fitted with a compact kitchen, an automated bench that converts into a bed, integrated power including a Jackery Explorer 1000 (1,070 Wh, 1,500 W), and under-platform garage storage.
The build comes from Small Vans Big World, a Valparaiso, Indiana company that specializes in custom tiny homes on wheels based on small vans such as the Ford Transit Connect.

Exterior changes are subtle: an awning, a low-profile Yakima roof box carrying a flexible solar panel, and custom window deflectors that slot between slightly open windows and the frame.
The interior is open to the cabin but arranged to limit through access. Small Vans Big World kept the Sienna’s two-tone stock finish—black ceiling upholstery and beige walls—and added a slatted cedar ceiling with a vent fan, recessed LED light strips, light blue cabinetry, and vinyl plank flooring.

The living area divides into an L-shaped kitchen behind the front seats and a seating/sleeping area at the rear. The kitchen layout also blocks access from the passenger-side sliding door.
The kitchen includes a deep round stainless steel sink with a pull-out tap that extends far enough to be used as an external sprayer, a portable stove, and a swiveling table extension. Metal fittings on the countertop allow attachment of a microwave or cutting board.

Controls mounted on the counter include a water pump switch, a light switch, and a battery monitor. Storage consists of four open compartments; one holds a Jackery Explorer 1000 portable power station (1,070 Wh capacity, 1,500 W output).
The narrow aisle between the kitchen and rear area is sufficient for two people to rest their legs on the floor but is otherwise compact.

The rear bench converts to a bed via a fully automated mechanism controlled by a switch. That area also contains two dimmer switches for the recessed ceiling lights, two soft-close drawers on heavy-duty slides, and two reading lights.
Opening the trunk reveals a large garage under the bench. Two bed platform latches release the platform, which can be hooked to the trunk door to allow loading and unloading. The garage stores a water jug and, when empty, will hold at least two carry-on suitcases.

A compact bay at the right side of the garage houses a secondary electrical system: a 100 Ah lithium battery, 12V fuses, a DC-DC charger, and a solar charger.
Heating and cooling use the Sienna’s stock system, with controls integrated into the ceiling area above the cabin.

The passenger-side sliding door does not provide interior entry but opens to reveal an exterior flip-up table and access to the plumbing. The sink plumbing uses two removable 2.5-gallon (9.5-liter) canisters for fresh and grey water.
