Nokia's comparable operating profit for the third quarter rose to €605 million, comfortably ahead of analyst estimates of about €453 million and up from €448 million in the same period last year.
The company said rising customer demand for artificial intelligence and cloud computing services helped lift results.
Comparable revenue climbed 10 percent to €5.15 billion, again beating prior forecasts. According to Reuters, orders from customers in the AI and cloud computing space have become the main driver of Nokia's telecom revenue growth.

Revenue from that customer segment surged 123 percent year on year, and order intake rose 118 percent to €1.5 billion.
Outlook and integration plans
Justin Hotard, Nokia's chief executive, said the company expects its combined optical and IP networks business to grow between 25 and 30 percent in 2027. He added that the integration of US company Infinera is progressing faster than initially planned and should be completed by the end of 2026.
"Overall, the growth trend is accelerating and I am confident in long-term value creation for shareholders," Hotard said.
