Jeep will offer a factory 35-inch Tire Launch Edition for the 2027 Gladiator, fitted as a limited-production package on Willys, Rubicon, and Rubicon X trims.
The 2027 Jeep Gladiator 35-inch Tire Launch Edition answers a long-standing aftermarket demand by delivering 35-inch all-terrain tires and related structural upgrades straight from the factory. Jeep says the package combines a one-inch factory-engineered suspension lift, revised drivetrain ratios, reinforced axles, and upgraded brakes to preserve handling and durability with the larger rubber installed.

Engineering and capability
To clear the larger tires, Jeep reworked the chassis and drivetrain and added highline fender flares and wheel-flare extensions to prevent tire rub during extreme articulation. The package pairs 4.56 final-drive ratios with a full-time 4:1 low-range transfer case to restore low-speed crawling precision and throttle responsiveness, a configuration Jeep says is aimed at demanding off-road use.

The 35-inch Tire Package includes heavy-duty Dana solid axles and upgraded performance brakes. Wheels are 17-inch, beadlock-capable units fitted with the new 35-inch all-terrain tires. Jeep lists the Gladiator Launch Edition’s off-road geometry as 12.9 inches of ground clearance, a 46.7 degree approach angle, a 23.3 degree breakover angle, and a 26.7 degree departure angle, and says the model increases the truck’s factory Trail Rated capability.

Visual changes are intended to make the special edition instantly recognizable. Jeep fits bronze-finish 17-inch wheels, bronze front tow hooks, and exclusive bronze badging, and applies bespoke hood, side, and tailgate graphics. Rubicon and Rubicon X versions gain additional vent graphics, while Rubicon X also adds a sculpted Jeep performance hood and unique side decals.
Jeep is taking orders for the 2027 Gladiator 35-inch Tire Launch Edition across North America, but has not yet published package pricing.

Jeep has not disclosed final pricing for the new package; however, the Wrangler XTREME 35-Inch Tire Package has previously been listed at about $4,495, which offers a rough benchmark for buyers. For context, Jeep lists 2027 Gladiator base prices as: Willys from $49,040, Rubicon from $55,700, and Rubicon X from $64,120.
