Kia America confirmed the 2027 EV6 is a model-year carryover from MY2026 built in West Point, Georgia, and that MSRPs for all seven trims remain unchanged from last year. The company also kept the destination fee at $1,545.

Sales context

At the start of October 2026 Kia America reported its best-ever month of September with 77,000 units and a third-quarter tally of almost 237,000 vehicles, representing growth of 18 percent and eight percentage points, respectively. Year-to-date volume stands at 667,386 units, up from 636,148 last year. Kia highlighted strong hybrid performance and double-digit gains for eight models: Seltos (+66 percent), Niro (+47 percent), K4 (+43 percent), Telluride (+42 percent), Sorento (+37 percent), Carnival (+21 percent), K5 (+15 percent), and Sportage (+10 percent).

Pricing and trims

Kia says the EV6 lineup for 2027 carries over without changes to standard equipment or MSRP. Listed MSRPs for the seven trims are:

The destination charge remains $1,545 on all models.

The base Light SR RWD is rated at 167 horsepower and uses a 63-kWh battery pack, with an EPA-estimated range of up to 237 miles. The Light Long Range, Wind and GT-Line grades share an 84-kWh battery pack. RWD versions of those grades are rated at 225 horsepower with an EPA-estimated range of 319 miles; AWD versions are rated at 320 horsepower with an EPA-estimated range of 295 miles.

Kia lists the following as standard equipment across the 2027 EV6 range: 19-inch alloy wheels; full LED headlamps and taillamps; glossy exterior mirror covers; the black "digital" tiger face front design; a 12.3-inch color TFT LCD panoramic curved display cluster; a cargo power outlet; heated front seats; a leather steering wheel; dual-zone air conditioning; a 12.3-inch navigation unit with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay; HD Radio; SiriusXM; an integrated modem; USB-C charge ports front and rear; power windows; and Smart Key, among other items.

"In doing so, Kia America remains committed to providing value to consumers. With the EV6 MSRP pricing unchanged and the launch of the all-new EV3 all-electric SUV, Kia is making EVs more attainable for those who embrace the fully electric lifestyle," Kia America said.
