A brief post on X and a single teaser image did what weeks of rumors couldn't: OnePlus confirmed the arrival of the N6 in India on June 30. The company kept specs under wraps, but the timing and the visuals tell most of the story.
The N6 is billed as OnePlus' first N-series smartphone for India and will be available through Amazon India, the official OnePlus online store and select offline retailers. That distribution mix signals a push for scale — online reach paired with hands-on availability in stores.
The teaser shows two colorways: a deep Black and a pale Light Green. The rear design centers on a square camera module that appears to house two sensors and an LED flash. Up close, the phone's silhouette and detailing are familiar, echoing cues from the recently launched Nord CE6 rather than the company's flagship lines.

The OnePlus N6 lands in India on June 30 and is expected to start below INR 20,000. If that price band holds, OnePlus will be targeting consumers who want brand pedigree without flagship-level spending — a crowded segment, but one with plenty of opportunity.
With official specifications still private, the teaser invites more questions than answers: will OnePlus tune performance around a value chipset, or keep priority on battery life and camera basics? The dual-sensor bump suggests a simple, cost-conscious imaging setup rather than an array of high-end modules.
Whatever the final spec sheet looks like, the N6 launch will test whether OnePlus can translate Nord-like design language into a lower price tier while preserving the brand appeal that helped it grow. Expect more leaks and hands-on previews as June 30 approaches — and a sharper picture of how the N6 might shake up the mid-market.
