Geely launches the TT — a direct rival to Xiaomi SU7

Geely has introduced its new four-door electric coupe, the TT, positioning it directly against competitors like the Xiaomi SU7 and BYD Seal in China’s rapidly evolving EV market. Nearing five meters in length and built on an 800-volt electric platform, the TT aims to blend long-range capability with premium cabin cues at a competitive price.

Powertrains, battery options and range

The TT will be available in two powertrain configurations: a single-motor rear-wheel-drive producing 328 hp and a dual-motor all-wheel-drive packing 570 hp. Geely offers three battery capacities — 52.4, 63.8 and 75.2 kWh — and claims a maximum CLTC range of up to 725 km on the top pack, making the TT a strong contender in the long-range electric sedan segment.

Design and interior highlights

Inside, the Geely TT borrows structural and aesthetic cues from Geely’s premium sub-brand designs. The steering wheel, digital instrument cluster and dashboard echo elements seen on the Zeekr 7GT. Software-wise, Geely equips the central touchscreen with its Flyme Auto 2 interface for connected services and infotainment.
