Geely lifts the curtain on the Galaxy TT Ultra
Geely's performance-focused electric sub-brand Galaxy has introduced the TT Ultra, a new flagship electric sedan that promises supercar-level acceleration with everyday usability. Unveiled alongside a race-oriented variant, the Galaxy TT Ultra marks Geely's latest bid to challenge established EV sedans in China and beyond.
Key highlights
- Dual-motor AWD system with a combined 578 hp output
- 800-volt electrical architecture for faster charging and higher efficiency
- CATL LFP battery delivering up to 650 km CLTC range
- 0–100 km/h in 3.8 seconds and a top speed of 210 km/h

The Galaxy TT Ultra is built on an 800-volt platform and features a sleek, low-slung silhouette measuring 4,999 mm long, 1,919 mm wide and 1,479 mm tall, with a 2,920 mm wheelbase. Aerodynamics were a priority: the body achieves a drag coefficient of 0.22 and incorporates an active rear wing plus carbon-fiber aerodynamic elements to optimize stability at speed.
Performance and drivetrain
Under the skin, the TT Ultra uses a two-motor, all-wheel-drive setup: a 240 hp electric motor up front and a 338 hp motor at the rear, producing a combined 578 horsepower. The result is brisk straight-line performance — 0–100 km/h in just 3.8 seconds — and a governed top speed of 210 km/h. Drivers can trigger a short high-power boost mode via a steering-wheel button, delivering 20 seconds of elevated output for overtakes or spirited driving.

Battery, range and charging
Energy is supplied by a 75.2 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) pack from CATL. In its primary configuration the battery yields up to 650 km of range under the CLTC testing cycle. Geely also plans other powertrain permutations (single- or dual-motor) offering estimated ranges of approximately 540 km, 640 km and 725 km depending on configuration and drivetrain.
Chassis, braking and ride tech
The TT Ultra combines a double-wishbone front suspension with an independent five-link rear setup. Adaptive dampers work with a road-scanning system to adjust damping in real time for improved ride comfort and handling precision. Stopping power comes from large discs and four-piston calipers at the front to ensure strong, consistent braking under heavy use.

Interior and driver assistance
Inside, the cabin features Geely's Flyme Auto 2.0 infotainment, a floating central touchscreen, a narrow driver instrument panel and a head-up display. For advanced driver assistance the car offers Geely’s Qianli Haohan H7 autonomous suite with a roof-mounted lidar sensor, designed to support hands-on highway and urban driving features.
With a mix of performance hardware, long-range LFP chemistry and advanced ADAS, the Galaxy TT Ultra positions itself as an enticing option for buyers seeking a high-performance electric sedan that remains practical for daily use. Expect it to compete directly with premium Chinese EV sedans as Geely expands Galaxy’s portfolio.
