Imagine music that arrives at your ear without shutting the world out. That’s the promise CMF — Nothing’s budget-focused offshoot — is making with the Clip Pro, a clip-style, open-ear earbud designed for people who want situational awareness and decent sound without the squeeze of in-ear tips.
At a glance they look playful. Clip them on, tweak the flexible C-bridge to your ear, and you’re good to go. The bridge hides a titanium wire core so you can bend it to fit a range of ear shapes. Each bud weighs a featherlight 5.9 grams and the pair carry an IP54 rating, so a sweaty run or a rainy commute won’t end the day early.

Sound comes from a 10.8mm dual-magnetic dynamic driver with a TPU diaphragm — a setup CMF bills as larger than most clip-on drivers. Expect a sound tuned to compensate for the natural bass loss in open-ear designs, rather than pretending these can match sealed in-ears. Want better streaming quality? The Clip Pro supports LDAC alongside AAC and SBC over Bluetooth 5.4, and it can stay connected to two devices at once.
Battery life is straightforward and useful. Up to 10 hours on a single charge, stretching to roughly 32.5 hours with the case. Low on time? A 10-minute top-up buys you a few extra listening hours — the kind of quick boost that matters before you head out the door.

The charging case carries CMF’s Smart Dial, a rotating knob that controls volume, playback, calls, and pairing without fiddling with your phone. Each earbud also has a physical button — a welcome feature for those who train with gloves or prefer tactile controls. Quick pairing with Google and Microsoft ecosystems is supported, keeping setup painless.

Availability is staggered: the Clip Pro lands in the UK, US, and Japan on 15 August via Nothing’s website and select retailers; the rest of Europe and additional markets follow on 15 September. India is not on the release list. If you’re curious about a compromise between presence and audio, these are worth a closer listen.
