Geely will unveil the Monjaro EM-i in Europe at the Paris Motor Show on October 12, 2026. The model is the company's first global plug-in hybrid mid-size SUV in the D-segment.

The Monjaro EM-i is built on the GEA-Evo architecture, incorporates the GEEA 3.0 electrical and electronic architecture, and is powered by Geely's EM-i Super Hybrid system.

Geely has not published power or electric-range figures, saying only that the powertrain 'achieves a balance between strong performance and low energy consumption.'

The vehicle has been in production since 2021 as the Geely Xingyue L. Since 2024 Renault has marketed a redesigned version in South Korea as the Grand Koleos, and the Renault Filante hybrid is also related to the platform.

For export markets the car is known as the Geely Monjaro, and in Russia it is sold as the Volga K50.

Geely established Geely Auto operations in the United Kingdom in summer 2025 and already sells models such as the all-electric EX5, co-developed with Malaysia's Proton.

Geely describes the Monjaro EM-i as combining 'advanced hybrid technology, long-range capability and a premium SUV experience, offering customers a blend of efficiency, comfort and practicality.' Full technical and charging details were not released ahead of the Paris show.
