Nissan returns to the SEMA Show in Las Vegas with a three-car concept preview, disclosing a Sentra Spec-V revival and two Z-based projects ahead of the November trade event. The announcements, published October 28, 2026, position enthusiast-focused builds as the centerpiece of the brand's Central Hall display from November 3 through 6 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Nevada.
The headliner is the Nissan Sentra Spec-V Concept, presented as "a tribute to the community that made the Sentra SE-R a star of the import car scene." Nissan says the concept channels the spirit of the Sentra SE-R, which arrived in North America 35 years ago, while packing modern Nismo hardware and tuning.

Under the hood the Sentra concept uses a turbocharged 2.0-liter build producing 300 hp, paired with an upgraded six-speed manual transmission lifted from the Nissan Juke Nismo RS. Braking and chassis bits are sourced from the GT-R lineage and Nismo catalog, including GT-R-sourced Brembo brakes, bespoke Nismo coilovers and anti-roll bars, and GT-R-sourced Recaro front seats. The car rolls on Nismo LM-RS1 19-inch alloy wheels wrapped in 265/35R19 Yokohama Advan Neova AD09 tires and wears a full custom body kit plus a GT-R Nismo rear spoiler.
Two takes on Z heritage
The first Z on display is the Nissan Project NAT2 SCCA Touring 2 car, built in-house by the Nissan Acceleration Team, an all-volunteer group of employees who pursue motorsports projects in their free time. As the name suggests, Project NAT2 was developed to meet SCCA Touring 2 specifications and mixes Nismo and aftermarket upgrades to the engine, suspension and braking systems to comply with that category.

The second Z is a Datsun S30 Concept developed with Formula Drift champion Chris Forsberg. It reimagines the original S30 with major restomod interventions: a twin-turbo V6 transplant from the current Z, added Nismo enhancements, extensive carbon fiber body panels to save weight, and bespoke suspension and brake components.

The build includes a Nissan Z FS6 six-speed manual transmission, a Nismo R200 limited-slip differential, Garrett PMAX turbochargers, a Nismo 40th decal set and a Seiran Blue paint finish. Techno Toy Tuning suspension pieces, Nismo forged wheels, Wilwood brakes and OMP Silverstone racing seats are also part of the package.
Nissan has reserved booth space in the Central Hall at the Las Vegas Convention Center and will display the Sentra Spec-V Concept alongside the two Z projects from November 3 through 6 during the 2026 SEMA Show.
