Oppo is reportedly testing a camera and display package for a more premium Find X10 Ultra, with leaks suggesting a focus on very high-resolution sensors and a 2K, high-refresh display. The Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max are already rolling out across multiple markets, and the Ultra is expected to arrive in China in the first half of 2027.

According to tipster Digital Chat Station, Oppo is evaluating a 200-megapixel primary sensor that uses LOFIC technology. The leak says the main module could be a Samsung HPA or HPU sensor and that the primary camera would use a 1/1.12-inch sensor size paired with LOFIC, which is intended to preserve highlight and shadow detail and improve dynamic range.

Beyond the primary camera, the leak names two telephoto modules. One is described as a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera, while another is listed as a 50-megapixel periscope lens offering 10x optical zoom. Earlier reporting adds further nuance: Oppo has reportedly been evaluating Samsung ISOCELL GNB and OmniVision OV51A sensors for the 10x zoom camera, both said to measure around 1/1.95 inches. The company has not settled on a sensor and could revert to a smaller 1/2.76-inch unit if production timing becomes an issue.

Digital Chat Station also indicates a 100-megapixel square front camera is under consideration. The leak suggests the ultra-wide camera may again use a 200-megapixel Samsung HP5 sensor, the same sensor reportedly used as the ultra-wide on the Find X10 Pro Max. The camera system is said to include support for telephoto macro photography, building on prior reports of a 10x periscope arrangement for the Ultra.

On the display side, the Find X10 Ultra is said to be testing a 6.89-inch BOE panel with 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. If those specs reach production, the device would pair a high-resolution OLED with a smoother refresh rate aimed at gaming and everyday fluidity. Oppo has not confirmed the display details.

Other specs mentioned in circulating reports include Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chipset and a battery around 8,500mAh, but both remain unconfirmed and subject to change before launch.

These details come from leaks and prior reporting and have not been verified by Oppo. The company has not announced an official release date or pricing for the Find X10 Ultra.
