Samsung Galaxy S26 FE: Price Jump in Europe Revealed

Samsung's Fan Edition used to promise flagship feel without flagship bills. Not this time. A new leak out of France suggests the S26 FE will arrive with noticeably higher price tags than its predecessor.

Earlier certification documents confirmed one familiar spec: 45W wired charging is still on the menu. But pricing details that followed paint a different picture for shoppers who expected the FE line to stay budget-friendly.

• 128GB — €799 (about €50 more than the S25 FE)
• 256GB — €899 (roughly €90 more)
• 512GB — €1,099 (an increase of around €170)

The S26 FE will start at €799 in France — notably more expensive than last year's model.

The hardware looks much the same on paper: Samsung is set to pair the Exynos 2500 with 8GB of RAM, keep 45W wired charging, and offer three colorways — Graphite, Aqua Green, and a shade described as somewhere between blue and purple. An official reveal is expected in early September.

So what changed? Mostly the sticker. A steeper starting price shifts the S26 FE out of the pure "value" territory and closer to premium offerings, which could narrow its appeal to cost-conscious buyers. Is the Exynos 2500 and a fresh palette enough to justify the increase? That’s the question buyers and reviewers will be asking when units land.
