About a year after Lamborghini began production of the Temerario, the range still comprises a single coupe, but the company is preparing an open-top variant. The first-ever Temerario Spyder is now receiving its final development touches and is expected to appear in late 2026 or early 2027, with first deliveries likely to commence sometime next year.
The Spyder will use a lowered, electrically operated rag top that stows behind the seats in a dedicated compartment, admitting more natural light to the cabin. Other than the folding roof, Lamborghini has indicated the Spyder will share the coupe's powertrain and most interior and exterior elements.
The so-called "Temerario SV" shown in recent online renderings is not a production model but a fan project by Instagram user @a.c.g_design that borrows styling cues from the larger Revuelto and applies them to the Temerario.
Render details and styling changes
The CGI project adapts several Revuelto elements to the Temerario silhouette. The front bumper is entirely new and clearly inspired by the Revuelto, as are the Y-shaped daytime running lights. The hood has been redesigned, and the lower body gets fresh side-sill add-ons and new attachments around the rear three-quarter windows. At the rear, the rendering shows additional brake lights integrated into pronounced diffuser fins and a very large diffuser that is part of a revised bumper arrangement. The design also includes a ducktail and a large wing on the rear deck, preserved large tailpipes, revised wheels, a silver body with a black roof and other black accents, and blue brake calipers visible behind Y-spoke wheels.
The image author suggested interior upgrades to match the aggressive exterior, such as sportier seats with carbon-fiber covers, extra carbon trim, a new steering wheel and Alcantara with contrasting stitching. Those interior treatments reflect the renderer's interpretation rather than confirmed factory changes.
Powertrain, performance and pricing
The production Temerario uses an electrified 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 and Lamborghini's published figures list a combined output of 907 bhp, which the manufacturer states as 677 kW and 920 PS, and 538 lb-ft (730 Nm) of torque delivered to all four wheels. Lamborghini's performance figures for the Temerario are 0 to 62 mph (100 kph) in 2.7 seconds and a top speed of 213 mph (343 kph). The 0 to 62 mph time is 0.2 seconds slower than the Revuelto and 0.3 seconds behind the Revuelto SV, per the available spec comparisons.
Price positioning also differs between the models. Lamborghini has indicated the Revuelto SV will start at almost $750,000 in the United States, while the regular Revuelto begins at over $600,000. The Temerario has been listed at approximately $350,000. Spyder variants traditionally command a premium of several tens of thousands of dollars over the coupe, and a well-optioned Spyder can easily exceed $400,000 and may approach or surpass $500,000. Lamborghini's timetable suggests the first open-top Temerario units should roll off the assembly line sometime next year (2027).
The Temerario SV in these images remains a virtual concept and not an announced production variant. The rendering is a designer's exercise in blending Revuelto SV cues with the Temerario package; it is credited to Instagram user @a.c.g_design. The visual proposal is notable for its aggressive reinterpretation of the Temerario, and the rendering's creator and observers have suggested scissor doors or added power as ways the concept could be made more distinctive. The author of the original piece preferred the SV-inspired look for its aggressiveness, while noting a dislike for the extra vertical brake lights seen in the render.
